At Footflare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange a product if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The request is raised at the time of delivery

- Size issues? No problem! We offer free size exchange within 3 days.
- Exchange process:
- Request exchange via WhatsApp or our website
- We schedule a pickup
- Once received, we ship your new size within 3 working days
Return & Refund Policy
- If you’re not satisfied and want to return the product:
- A return pickup will be arranged
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that are worn, damaged, or soiled after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items

Important Notes
- Only one free exchange is allowed per order.
- In case of quality issues or damaged delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Refunds may be adjusted if the product fails quality check upon return.
