Footflare Return & Exchange Policy

At Footflare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange a product if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is raised at the time of delivery

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Size issues? No problem! We offer free size exchange within 3 days.
  • Exchange process:
    1. Request exchange via WhatsApp or our website
    2. We schedule a pickup
    3. Once received, we ship your new size within 3 working days

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied and want to return the product:
    • A return pickup will be arranged
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice)

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that are worn, damaged, or soiled after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items

Important Notes

  • Only one free exchange is allowed per order.
  • In case of quality issues or damaged delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Refunds may be adjusted if the product fails quality check upon return.
